Vendor Cost: $40 + Door Prize Donation

$40.00 – Includes space for a 6 ft’ table.  You may provide your own 6ft table or rent one for an additional $15.00.  Two chairs per table will be provided.  We do not have space for large booths, so please do not bring too much stuff.  We want to respect the other sellers and the space provided. Please bring your own table cloth. Please bring a door prize the day of the event that will be given away to a lucky winner!  

Applications:

We will now be taking applications ongoing until we are full.  We will let you know within a week of submitting your application if you have been accepted. The registration fee will be payable by e-transfer when you have been accepted to secure your spot. 

Product Selection:

We will be going through and looking at quality, originality and overall craftsmanship of products. Our goal is to have a variety and overall balance of craft categories.  There will be a maximum of 1 table per seller. Commercial merchandise or direct sales, such as Tupperware, Epicure, Norwex, etc will not be accepted.

Hours of Operation:

The Artisan Fair will operate on Saturday, May 2nd between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm.  Set-up will take place Saturday morning of the Artisan Fair between 8:00-9:30 am.  No vendor will be permitted to pack up their booth before 2:00pm without the permission of the onsite facilitator. 

Float:

Vendors are responsible to bring their own cash float. 

Liability:

Vendors selling products do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any actions related to their sales or service resulting in suits or claims.

 Refund Policy:

There will be no refunds except for extenuating circumstances.
